We seek a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in handling large data and/or technical product management experience to lead cross-functional teams in developing data-driven growth products.
In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of data management and data analysis to drive product strategy and roadmaps tailored to our users’ industry and problem space. You will collaborate closely with marketers, account managers, engineers, data analysts, and designers to translate complex data insights into impactful and customer-centric product experiences.
Your expertise in data transformation workflows, technical systems, and development methodologies will be instrumental in guiding the team through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, at scale. You will be responsible for defining product goals, metrics, and success criteria, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a thought leader, mentoring and coaching junior product managers, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team. Your ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, through data-driven narratives and compelling storytelling, will be crucial in securing buy-in and driving product adoption.

  • Possess the strongest understanding of the product

  • Partner with customers often to understand their needs and receive feedback 

  • Develop innovative solutions to some of the hardest problems by collaborating as needed in product areas and functions 

  • Coach early career Product Managers to elevate their skills

  • Remove product roadblocks

 

You need to have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience building/shipping digital products

  • 6-10 years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher 

  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions

  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery

  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative

  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
