Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to lead and drive the commercial and operational success of our Risk, Assurance, Business Identity, and Transaction Screening solutions. This individual will define product strategies, manage roadmaps, and ensure seamless collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to achieve market success.

Key Responsibilities:1. Risking & Assurance Solutions

  • Oversee the development and growth of Device & Biometric Risking, AML PEPs & Sanctions, Multi-Factor Authentication, and User Risk Assessment solutions.
  • Define and implement risk assessment methodologies for fraud prevention and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless product integration and continuous improvement.

2. Business Identity, Risk & Assurance Solutions

  • Manage and expand Business Verification, Company Information & UBOs Database Services, eSignature, Investor Due Diligence, and AML PEPs & Sanctions for business customers.
  • Enhance product capabilities utilising document verification and data-driven risk insights.
  • Align product strategy with evolving regulatory and compliance requirements.

3. Transaction Trust Screening

  • Lead the launch and growth strategy for Transaction Screening solutions.
  • Identify target markets, define product positioning, and drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to accelerate adoption and market penetration.
Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management within the FinTech, RegTech, Risk, Compliance, Identity Verification, or Transaction Screening domains.
  • Strong expertise in risk assessment, AML compliance, fraud prevention, business verification, and identity assurance.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling risk and compliance products.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, sales, and marketing.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, financial crime compliance, and transaction monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI-driven risk assessment models and fraud prevention solutions.
  • Knowledge of global compliance requirements (FATF, OFAC, FCA, FINCEN, etc.).
  • Familiarity with document verification, biometric authentication, and multi-factor authentication technologies.
  • Ability to define and execute product roadmaps, market strategies, and go-to-market plans.
