We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our ReSupply teamThe Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to marketplace availability. The product should meet and exceed customer requirements and be measurable through success outcomes. The Product Manager will monitor the success of the product by using customer feedback and will iterate the product to drive widespread adoption.  This role requires the ability to lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and possesses a clear vision of how the product will solve complex problems from the industry.  This is a highly visible role and a great opportunity for an experienced product manager to influence the execution of Brightree’s ReSupply strategy.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders in building out complete end-to-end innovative solutions that solve customers’ problems. 
  • Gather and write system requirements and design solutions to business needs to translate to the product and development team.  
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to internal and external teams to promote product refinement and adoption. 
  • Collaborate with customer support, professional services, development, and marketing teams to sustain strong partnerships to support product lifecycle. 
  • Manage and prioritize product roadmap to meet customer and prospects needs. 
  • Research and assess market to proactively identify opportunities to add value and solve complex problems 
  • Assists sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the product particularly as it relates to clinical and operational workflows.

Required:

  • Quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative, project-oriented, high-pressure environment on a high performing team 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools: SharePoint, MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel 
  • Proficient in product management software (Aha, JIRA) and Salesforce 

Preferred:

  • Certification in Product Management 
  • Experience in the healthcare or post-acute care space. 
  • Experience with patient engagement solutions, resupply operations, or supply chain. 
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry. 
  • Experience launching cloud solutions at an enterprise SaaS company
