About the Role
We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Compliance Tech product. In this role, you will own the roadmap, backlog, and agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering features that address the evolving needs of our customers. You will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver impactful and user-focused solutions.

What you’ll be working on:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities. Communicate the roadmap effectively to stakeholders.
Agile Ownership: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to ensure seamless collaboration and development cycles. Prioritize user stories to deliver maximum value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on priorities, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver cohesive, user-centric solutions.
User Research & Testing: Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and surveys to uncover pain points and validate solutions. Translate insights into actionable product requirements.
Requirements Definition: Write clear and detailed PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) with use cases, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics. Collaborate with design to develop prototypes and iterate based on feedback.
Cloud-Based Development: Collaborate with engineering to ensure features are designed and deployed effectively within our cloud infrastructure.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and measure key success metrics (KPIs) to evaluate feature success and impact. Use data analytics tools (like Tableau and Google Analytics) to analyze feature adoption, user behavior, and customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Use post-launch feedback and metrics to refine features and ensure they meet customer expectations and drive business outcomes.
This Job Might Be for You if You Have:
Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of delivering impactful, user-centric products
Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading agile ceremonies
Cross-Functional Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively across engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products
User Research Expertise: Hands-on experience conducting customer interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable product strategies
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with cloud-based product development, APIs, and emerging technologies like AI.
Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in defining KPIs, analyzing data, and using insights to make informed decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts in simple, compelling ways to diverse audiences
Remote Work Experience: A self-starter who thrives in a remote, distributed team environment and excels at time management and prioritization
