YOUR MISSION

At Glovo, we are witnessing extraordinary growth in our Quick-commerce business, and we’re just getting started. As leaders in this space, we have a unique opportunity to increase online grocery penetration from 2-3% to over 10% in our markets.

As a Senior Product Manager in our Quick-commerce team, you’ll play a crucial part in enhancing our core value propositions of affordability and assortment, while building customer trust through outstanding pre- and post-purchase experiences. Your challenge will be to develop innovative product features that address these opportunities and drive our growth forward.

THE JOURNEY

  • Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and devise effective solutions that drive product success.
  • Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to assess complex situations, make informed decisions, and prioritize initiatives that maximize impact.
  • Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for our Quick-commerce offerings, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Feature Development: Lead the development of new product features, ensuring they enhance our core value propositions. Champion exceptional user experiences throughout the pre- and post-purchase journey, building customer trust and loyalty.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to align on priorities, gather insights, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in consumer facing products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment without excessive structure
  • A strong business-driven mindset and product sense.
  • Solid experience collaborating with technical stakeholders (Data, Engineering & Design).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to align a diverse set of stakeholders (both technical and non-technical), drive vision, and clearly explain user value and business impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
