We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Product Architect for mobility products. The Product Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of mobility products.  They should have experience taking products from ideation to launch.  Presenting, technical writing, and collaborating with internal teams will be required for continued success.  

Primary Responsibilities

• They will define and communicate product vision and strategies with the partnership of the executive team. Additionally, will assist in prioritizing ongoing initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and internal business objectives. 
• They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, support, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch, by developing collateral, sharing messaging, and driving resources to the appropriate information.
• They will own any software development requirements related to their product(s).
• They will define and document detailed product requirements and specifications.
• They will oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis.
• They will serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
• They will set, monitor, and optimize KPIs to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability

• Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Innovative: Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and excellence.
• Tools: Proficiency in product management tools or software preferred.

Background, Experience, and Education

• Strong familiarity with software development lifecycle and computer science.
• Bachelor’s degree or strong entrepreneurial background.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in a product management or related role preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.

Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas, a plus:

• Mobility 
• IoT
• Managed Services & Applications
• Connected Laptop

*The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
