Product Manager- Investment Management

In this role, you will report directly to the Group Product Manager, taking ownership of the strategy, execution, and success of key product initiatives within your squad. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. As a cornerstone of the product team, you’ll manage the squad’s roadmap, translating high-level vision into actionable plans while ensuring seamless integration across the platform’s products and business lines. In this role you will: 

• Product Ownership and Execution:
  • Become the expert on our products and business lines, understanding how they integrate and support one another.
  • Take full ownership of your squad’s roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and delivers measurable results.
  • Translate big-picture goals into actionable, executable plans and accept end-to-end responsibility for product decisions.
  • Deliver complex features under tight deadlines and resource constraints with minimal guidance.
  • Define and track metrics for your squad’s performance, using data to improve outcomes and meet goals.
  • Ensure every detail of the work product meets the highest standards of quality and impact.
  • Deeply understand customer problems and market needs for your squad’s ownership area.
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure that your squad’s work solves real customer pain points while advancing business objectives.
• Collaborate and Lead:
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and management to drive seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Keep senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical groups informed and engaged with your squad’s progress and outcomes.
  • Embrace change with a positive attitude, welcoming new ideas and directions.
  • Actively seek differing opinions to challenge your assumptions and find the best solutions.
  • Take initiative to address challenges and seize opportunities, even if they fall outside your immediate domain.
• Contribute Strategically:

Contributors to your success: 

• At least 5 years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or related fields.
• Deep technical and product knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate industry and/or Asset Management and Portfolio Management, with standout expertise in certain areas.
• A track record of delivering complex features and achieving measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills that enable you to lead through influence and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• A customer-first mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions under uncertainty.
• The ability to balance technical requirements with customer needs and business goals.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities.
