We are looking for a PM to join our team to drive the future of TMS technology. As a TMS Foundations PM, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team building the future of the TMS product. You will be responsible for launching an AI-first, delightful TMS experience for managed & self-service customers.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Internalize and deeply understand Uber Freight's mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of your specific team .
- Define the vision, strategy & roadmap for core areas of UF’s TMS technology, including search, configurations & planning.
- Execute the roadmap with the broader XFN team, including Engineering, Data Science, Design, and UX Research.
- Partner with Operations & Sales to drive customer value with your portfolio.
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams.
- Monitor and measure product usage and feed insights to support growth
- Be incredibly truth-seeking. Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, rider behavior, or other business metrics. Solicit and welcome critical feedback.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience
- Strong proficiency with data & design
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience integrating AI-powered experiences into products
- Demonstrate understanding of AI technologies (existing models, prompt engineering & ML)

- Experience with freight, supply chain, or logistics industry.
