  • Use data analysis to assess product performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with the UX/UI team to ensure a seamless, user-friendly self-service sign-up and onboarding experience.
  • Apply strong project management skills to oversee product planning, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are executed on time and within scope.
  • Continuously optimize the customer journey to maximize user satisfaction and business KPIs without requiring direct interaction with sales or support teams.
  • Align product initiatives with broader strategic goals and ensure cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, design, and marketing.

  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, user experience design, data analytics, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing and design.
