Job Responsibilities :

This role will drive our partnerships in the gaming industry, spearheading marketing and business development initiatives that support our partners’ game publishing operations in SEA. The role entails growing the partnerships pipeline and planning growth strategy opportunities.
This position requires an individual who is self-directed, adaptable, and possesses strong communication skills. The candidate must be able to work under pressure, with proven experience in handling complex, regional, time-critical projects. Additionally, a strong network of contacts in the games and entertainment industry is crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the acquisition of business partnerships with key local and international game and entertainment partners.
  • Prepare game proposals, evaluate the content, and estimate revenue and market potential.
  • Build and maintain high-level marketing and strategic partnerships in the Vietnamese market, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Negotiate, manage, and renew partnership agreements to maximize business interests and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Provide strategic support to the operational team and collaborate with the global business development team to develop comprehensive growth strategies.
  • Drive the creation and execution of a robust pipeline of business partnerships, acquiring digital content and opportunities that contribute significantly to revenue.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by collaborating with product and global business development teams to develop detailed product requirement specifications.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, high-impact partnerships within the games and entertainment industry, fostering ongoing business opportunities and growth.
  • Lead high-level discussions and negotiations with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and partnerships.


    Pre-Requisites :

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with 8+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with a strong focus on business development.
    • Proven experience in a senior role within a publishing company (e.g., Garena, VNG, Tencent, etc.) is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in game business development, relationship building, and strategic partnerships at a senior level.
    • Extensive network and strong influence within Vietnam's games and entertainment industry.
    • Deep understanding of the online gaming landscape, market trends, and competitive environment.
    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to drive business growth through innovative
