We are looking for a motivated Product Manager (f/m/d) to drive impactful product enhancements and elevate the user experience. In this role, you’ll support the development of key product initiatives and help shape innovative solutions that strengthen our platform.
This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Vienna, with a hybrid work model blending office and remote flexibility.
Some of the things you’ll work on:
- Assist in developing and executing product strategies to deliver user-friendly and impactful features.
- Support continuous discovery efforts by conducting interviews and gathering insights to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with QA, UX, and Engineering teams to facilitate agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and roadmap planning.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform prioritisation decisions.
- Use data to validate hypotheses and measure success, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Communicate ideas and updates to stakeholders, advocating for the product vision.
We’re excited if you have:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or software environment.
- A passion for solving complex customer problems through innovative solutions.
- Basic analytical skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
- An ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and product marketing.
- A proactive mindset, with confidence in sharing ideas and working in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, enabling adaptability in fast-paced environments.
