Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and analytical Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Riga, Latvia. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our product portfolio, from conception to launch and beyond. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

    • Leading the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
    • Developing and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs;
    • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats;
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launches;
    • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements;
    • Presenting product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior management;
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field;
    • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment;
    • Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management;
    • Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis;
    • Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners;
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams;
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
    • Experience in software development lifecycle and technology trends.
