Job Description:

The Product Manager is responsible for a determined group of products - Prophylaxis and Endodontics .

  • He/She coordinates all activities relative to his/her product group between the Market side (Sales Manager, Country Managers, Customer Care) and internal functions (Innovation, Marketing Services, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Finance, Logistics).

  • The holder of the position interacts as a European interface between the BU in the US and the regions in Europe.

  • He/She supports the creation of strategies to generate growth in the respective categories in Europe.

  • Supports the Excellence of product launches in Europe regarding Marketing tools and communication by supporting and guiding the local regions, supports the BU in forecasting and implanting the needed marketing strategies for the European market.

  • Supports the organization and implementation of international events, congresses and trainings such as HOC or webinars, in close cooperation with the Prof Ed team.

  • Maintain strong pulse on relevant trends, customer insights, and technologies that impact our industry and the way customers base buying decisions

Job Requirements:

- Experience in dentistry is a big advantage.

- University degree in Business & Economics.

- Fluent in English is mandatory, any other European languages would be beneficial

- Good Computer skills (Windows package: Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Attention to details and good analytical skills          

-  Good communication and proactive attitude towards internal and external customers

 - Team working

 - Flexible, self-starter and entrepreneurial

- Task-oriented, reliable
