Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We’re a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems.
In this role, you’ll own the experiences for our Specifications and general project Documents tools, some of our most heavily used products at Procore. You will work directly with customers and customer success teams to identify opportunities for enhancements, and rapidly iterate on these product experiences. This position reports to our Director of Product, Documents and will be based in our Bangalore, India office. You will work with development and design teams in multiple regions globally and will occasionally need to accommodate different time zones or work outside the standard 9 to 5 workday. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
- Lead individual feature efforts end to end and collaborate closely with engineering and UX teams
- Identify and write product requirements and test cases by considering outcome potential, competitive landscape, technical requirements, and user experience
- Work with a senior PM lead and assist with the justification of priorities, backlog grooming, and customer discovery
- Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse challenges to guide and communicate the value you’re creating for our customers
- Balance customer empathy with horizontal solution thinking—recognize platform approaches that solve multiple problems at once, creating strategic leverage for Procore
- Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process
- Think beyond software for the whole solution by collaborating closely with customers and go-to-market teams
What we’re looking for:

4+ years of Product Management experience at an enterprise SaaS software company, preferably working with document management products

Experience releasing new features from “0 to 1” and successfully driving their adoption

Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams in an agile software development environment

Customer-centric approach and experience collaborating and conducting discovery with large enterprise companies

Ability to effectively communicate trade-offs for decisions through strong written and verbal skills

Strong analysis and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components structured into platform-first solutions

Strong listening skills; Product Management is equally about inquiring as it is advocating

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
