About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of features that leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies within our suite of Account Payables and Account Receivable products. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying customer pain points, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI/ML-driven solutions that provide measurable value. This is a critical area of investment across all our B2B solutions.

Note: We have a hybrid work environment in our Atlanta office unless the role or business dictates otherwise.

What you will be doing:

1. Strategy and Vision

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for AI/ML-powered features.
  • Align AI/ML initiatives with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Stay informed about the latest AI/ML technologies and trends, assessing their potential to drive product innovation.

2. Customer Insights

  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and user research teams to identify key use cases and pain points.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.

3. Product Development

  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to create and launch AI/ML-driven features.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, feasibility, and ROI.
  • Build net new user experiences with AI and automation within our suite of AR/AP products

4. Collaboration and Communication

  • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Present project updates, results, and roadmaps to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

5. Metrics and Evaluation

  • Define success metrics and KPIs for AI/ML features.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, iterating on features to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure that AI/ML solutions are ethical, transparent, and compliant with applicable regulations.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred).
  • 15 years of financial services experience preferably in product management as well as management/leadership experience
  • You are an early adopter in building with or adopting AI for your own product craft and you are excited about helping customers accelerate their own AI adoption journey.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, model training, and deployment processes.
  • Experience working with data scientists or ML engineers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions that leverage AI/ML.

  • The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent product management skills, and a deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations.
