Ferring+You

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the management of two key reproductive medicine products, Menopur and Rekovelle, in the Czech and Slovak markets. This role also oversees digital marketing strategy and projects across Southeast Europe (SEE) for reproductive medicine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for reproductive health, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams across different countries.

Your day at Ferring

Strategy for Growth

- Analyze reasons behind the decline in treatment cycles and identify growth opportunities.

- Engage with key stakeholders (fertility clinics, medical societies, patient organizations).

- Explore new business models to increase patient adherence to treatment.

Patient Education and Marketing

- Develop and implement digital campaigns focused on educating patients about infertility treatment.

- Collaborate with clinics to raise awareness of available treatment options.

- Utilize omnichannel strategies for effective engagement with patients and healthcare professionals.

Financial Management

- Plan and manage P&L for assigned products in the Czech and Slovak markets.

- Create and oversee budgets for marketing and commercial activities.

- Optimize pricing strategy considering reimbursement policies, competition, and market pricing elasticity.

- Conduct regular financial analysis and corrective action planning.

Collaboration and Best Practices

- Share best practices and participate in regional digital marketing projects.

- Adapt successful strategies from other SEE countries to the Czech and Slovak markets.

- Work closely with corporate headquarters to implement global strategies.

Product Management for Menopur & Rekovelle

- Develop and execute product strategies and plans for Menopur and Rekovelle.

- Manage the product life cycle from launch through post-market activities.

- Lead market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends.

- Provide expert knowledge and support to the sales team.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with medical affairs and regulatory teams to ensure product compliance and market access.

- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.

- Enhance the patient journey and experience through product and service innovations.

Digital Marketing Projects (SEE)

- Lead digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across the SEE region.

- Collaborate with local country teams to develop region-specific digital strategies and marketing content.

- Utilize data analytics and digital marketing tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.

- Engage with digital influencers and KOLs to amplify digital presence and awareness.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.

Experience and Skills:

- 5+ years of product management experience in the pharma or healthcare industry, preferably in reproductive medicine.

- Proven track record in digital marketing within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong fieldwork experience with sales teams.

- Experience in working with medical societies and fertility clinics.

- Financial management skills – P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

- International experience or working within a cluster model is an advantage.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional SEE languages is advantageous.

Education:

- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
