Lead the Product Roadmap for our Commerce AI Unit!
As a Product Manager for Coveo for Commerce AI, your mission is delivering customer-centric solutions that enhance the shopper, buyer and merchandiser experience. You will be part of a product trifecta, including design and engineering, responsible for delivering end to end ecommerce product discovery solutions. With the help of a senior product manager, you will translate complex customer challenges and requirements into valuable AI-powered features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life, from concept to launch.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and advancements in commerce technology to ensure Coveo remains a leader in the space.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience with product management
- A passion for delivering customer-centric solutions that solve real-world challenges.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and drive decisions based on insights.
- Experience or education in business or computing, e-commerce, or a related field (entry-level candidates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of search technologies, machine learning, or AI is a bonus but not required.
