Join our team as a Colors, Materials and Finishes Product Manager and play a key role in delivering innovative material and product solutions for Europe and APMEA! GENERAL PURPOSE
Plan and facilitate complex CMF projects and programs for Europe and APMEA. Responsible for the delivery of in-depth project and program plans from development through implementation. Provides CMF/Materials team project/program management, including: definition of schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource allocation management. Delivers expertise and consulting that adds value to the customer, and contributes to the understanding of materials and products. Performs active role in maintaining and managing inventory via EOS platform while supporting the unique sampling requests of our clients and field sales teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop, establish, and maintain project schedules and budgets; ensure all team members and stakeholders are kept current on project status, timelines, and budget.
Ensures CMF/Materials content and marketing communications are accurate, correct, and consistent with product messaging and brand positioning
Interpret technical CMF/Material and product information in support of marketing new textile, materials, finishes, and product line introductions, as well as maintenance of current CMF programs.
Participate in or lead cross-functional project teams as a CMF/Materials technical expert.
Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Provide CMFX program and project management oversight for the brochures, reference information, physical sampling and digital representation of materials used on MillerKnoll products. This includes publishing, archiving, and retiring content information in support of keeping the CMF/Materials offer current.
Provide content, technical information and management of new and existing textiles/ materials/products to support the electronic CMF program business and marketing objectives.
Represent CMF/Materials on new product commercialization projects, ensuring Project and Program Management for the new product is informed and kept abreast of CMF deadlines and activities required to meet product launch dates and financial requirements.

Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Textiles, or equivalent knowledge gained via extensive cumulative experience.
- +5 years prior project management experience that includes the successful completion of two or more product development projects.
- Highly developed understanding of products, organizational processes/resources and technical considerations.
- Understanding of CMF Materials product development processes, resources, specifications and activities.
- Proven ability to effectively work with and direct people from other companies and disciplines
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, personal organizational and time management skills; self motivated and self directed.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software and tools used within HMI and new product commercialization process.
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.
