You will:

  • Oversee product management, use case expansion, gather/analyze feedback, and monitor upcoming AI capabilities to align them with evolving user needs.
  • Drive rapid prototyping, prompt engineering, and user testing to optimize solutions before production deployment.
  • Lead and collaborate with 10+ IT and technical teams to integrate new data sources, develop implementation plans, resolve challenges and drive awareness, training and sustained adoption of AI solutions.
  • Assess, organize and regulate new data sources before prioritizing them for AI Integration and establish governance frameworks to maintain data integrity and compliance, ensuring seamless and secure data usage.
  • Define, track, and report key adoption and performance metrics, ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value and align with Finance-driven ROI targets.

Essential Requirements

  • Deep AI proficiency with Hands-on experience deploying third-party AI/LLM tools in enterprise settings, with a strong technical foundation.
  • Product management experience demonstrating the ability to drive iterative optimizations, testing, and course corrections for scalable results.
  • Data integration and governance experience working with unstructured data, enterprise content sources, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • 5+ years of related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to influence others to achieve results and to work effectively with senior leadership

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $178,000 to $231,000 per year.
