Job Description
At Byborg, we believe in driving innovation and empowering teams to achieve remarkable things. We are currently looking for talented individuals to join us in two dynamic roles: Product Manager and Product Owner.

Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Product Roadmap in alignment with business objectives and global priorities.
- Define product vision, goals, and success metrics, ensuring the product's growth and market competitiveness.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry gaps to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with UX, Analytics, and other teams to drive data-driven decisions and create customer-centric solutions.
- Partner with the IT Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of initiatives, including regular backlog grooming and ticket updates.
- Apply SDLC processes, validate product releases, and ensure quality by addressing bugs and prioritizing fixes.
- Monitor product health, track performance, and propose new features and solutions to improve the product.
- Use data analysis to inform strategic decisions, enhance user experience, and continuously improve product offerings.
- Participate in PMO processes and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date product training materials and provide 2nd-line support for customer-related issues.
- Mentor team members, offering career development support where applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management.
- Strong understanding of software development, web technologies, and Agile principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with market trends and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
