THE ROLE
We are seeking a Product Management Director to join our global Product team. In this role, you will leverage your industry experience within AdTech to provide business context and insight into the customer perspective. This position will work cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Engineering, Ops, and Sales, as well as engage directly with customers to advise and assist both development and business teams in making informed decisions about the product strategy of LiveIntent, a Zeta Global company. You will be responsible for working with the teams to generate a product vision that drives adoption, quality, and performance at scale across various formats.
Job Description:
- Lead the advancement and integration of our attribution solution, ensuring seamless ingestion of client data into our adtech platform stack
- Develop custom, strategic measurement approaches that align with client goals and drive actionable insights
- Forge partnerships with strategic clients and define how to partner with measurement and attribution companies
- Responsible for incremental measurement and incrementality testing
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the integration process, enhancing the overall measurement and attribution infrastructure both internally and externally
- Hands on involvement in the product development cycle to improve, up-level, and evangelize our attribution solution
- Set cross functional goals and execute against those goals while holding cross-functional team members accountable
- Gather and prioritize product feedback and requests from clients and internal stakeholders
- Define, prioritize and execute a flow of product enhancements and operational improvements designed to enhance revenue and efficiency
- Assist sales in early stage account strategy and major client pursuits, specifically the data strategy
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in product management and development in ad-tech or mar-tech company
- Deep understanding of the AdTech landscape including 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party data usage and integrations
- Experience with measurement and attribution solutions
- Big picture thinking while delivering iterative, impactful improvements in a fast paced, continuous release Agile environment
- Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive "can-do" approach
- Track record of complex and creative problem-solving, and the desire to create and build new businesses
- Experience helping product development teams through all areas of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to post-release iteration
This is a hybrid role based out of our New York office.

COMPENSATION RANGE
The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $210,000. This is inclusive of base, bonus, and equity as well as dependent on candidate location and experience.
