Job Description Summary
The Product Management Analyst role has responsibilities for following processes related to our 340B contract pharmacy direct replenishment program. The Product Management Analyst supports product, account management, operations, accounting, and clients in the day-to-day operations of our direct replenishment product.
Scope of Role
This role has responsibilities that can financially impact a multi-million-dollar business line. The Contract Associate is expected to work autonomously, only requiring expert level support from others. The Contract Associate will assist with implementing new direct replenishment clients, resolving operations and invoicing issues across multiple stakeholder groups, as well as operational and financial support of the various direct replenishment models. This position is responsible for ensuring business requirements are properly followed and that all decisions and setup are properly documented for future use. The scope of the position includes internal presentations and communication, including project status, timelines, and work completion.
Essential Functions
340B new client implementations for direct replenishment
Resolving 340B operations and invoicing issues across multiple stakeholder groups
Operational support of the various 340B direct replenishment models
Resolving account reconciliation challenges
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Advanced level Excel proficiency preferred (intermediate proficiency required)
- Client facing soft skills required
- Financial acumen and reporting experience preferred
- Ability to interpret situations to determine best approach
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Ability to document work consistently
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
