Join our dynamic team as a Product Management Assistant, working closely with Product Managers to support and enhance our Data Center Converged Infrastructure and Pathways product line. You'll provide vital administrative and technical support to both internal and external customers, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. What You Will Do

  • Sales Support: Resolve complex customer product inquiries using technical expertise and business systems like Right NOW.
  • Product Management: Support product lifecycle tasks from concept to launch.
  • Administrative Support: Generate ad hoc reports and create sample kits to highlight product capabilities.
  • Non-Standard Quotes: Assist in creating quotes for custom parts.
  • Material Compliance: Prepare material certification letters for sales requests and order requirements.
  • Marketing Collateral: Help develop marketing materials, manage product catalogs, and support web updates for product launches.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmarking, including analyzing ads, catalogs, samples, and pricing.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in business or technical field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills are a plus.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing day-to-day work with project work.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing concepts.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $24 - $28 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
