Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy for tools supporting the panel lifecycle, including Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and program managers
- Champion the user experience, ensuring a seamless workflow
- Provide regular updates and report outs to the executive team
- Define and champion the overall product vision, developing a comprehensive strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Take direct responsibility for the financial performance of the related products
- Translate company objectives into actionable product initiatives, prioritizing projects based on business impact.
- Define and manage the global product roadmap, ensuring it reflects business goals
- Utilize data to track KPIs, identify trends, and inform product decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Skills:
- Ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies aligned with business goals.
- Panel management and audience measurement experience
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate large teams.
- Financial Acumen
- Deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and UX principles.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in product and panel management, focusing on UX and product optimization.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
