The Opportunity

The Product Implementation Specialist for new lending business engagements will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project flow, client configuration, and overall client satisfaction. The primary focus will be to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of the client's business needs and system capabilities while overseeing the completion and sign-off on key milestones. Working directly with Financial Institutions, Vendors, and multi-functional teams, this role will simplify implementation solutions and communicate complex technical concepts effectively. Using knowledge of each project stage, the product implementation specialist will prioritize tasks and resources and ensure compliance with established pricing, client approvals, and billing guidelines. Collaboration with various stakeholders and the implementations project team will be integral to fostering a cohesive and successful work environment.

Day in the Life

  • Conduct thorough initial discovery of the client's underwriting guidelines, product configurations, policies, and procedures to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current system setup and business needs. Identify areas for improvement and address any custom requests.
  • Complete Gap Analysis to define system set-up requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to establish an effective implementation plan for the loan origination system (LOS). Facilitate meetings with key client personnel, communicate conversion schedules and changes to all stakeholders, and manage client business requirements.
  • Ensure completion of the Client Configuration Document (CCD) to facilitate a smooth implementation process.
  • Assist in the development of test cases and perform comprehensive testing, document results, and promptly address any issues that arise during the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to identify gaps in products, services, and features, leading to process improvements in marketing initiatives, automation, and loan growth.
  • Identify potential system enhancements and stay informed about upcoming industry changes that could improve the user experience, promote growth, and enhance system efficiencies.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients' post-implementation, resolve issues and facilitate the adoption of new features and enhancements.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the lending industry, regulations, and emerging services, as well as PSCU products and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 
  • Master’s degree, Project Management (PMP) or Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) Certifications preferred.
  • Five (5) years of related experience in the lending industry with a thorough understanding of lending regulations, products, and industry standards required.
  • Experience completing loan origination system (LOS) conversions from agreement signing through user acceptance sign-off required.
  • Three (3) years of client facing project support experience required.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors and channel partners. preferred. 
  • Consulting / contracting experience preferred. 
  • Overall understanding of Project Management methodologies along with extensive knowledge of using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Access required.

$60,500.00

to

$77,100.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
