Audi Cary is looking for a Product Genius to join their team and the Holman Family!

What will you do?

The Product Genius will focus on educating customers on the latest and greatest technology in their new car.  After the sale of the car, the Product Genius will meet with the client to answer all questions in regards to operation of their vehicle.  They will make follow-up calls after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction. 

  • Maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles
  • Communicate effective, efficiently and timely to all guests
  • Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process
  • Thoroughly complete all associate paperwork with the delivery
  • Maintain a professional image in appearance, words and actions

What are you looking for?

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
  • 2-5+ years of customer service experience
  • Must maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles
  • Communicate effective, efficiently and timely to all guests
  • Follow-up with customers in a timely manner and schedule initial service appointment
  • Have the ability to explain all features on the vehicles (personal settings, navigation, Bluetooth and garage door pairing), the loaner vehicle process, warranty features, roadside assistance and maintenance schedules
  • Introduce customers to the service department team and assist with any follow-up questions
