Overview of Position:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive two key areas of our Product Evolution pipeline including SIGMA Ecosystem development in the following areas; establishing a culture of continuous improvement and customer centricity, principally in the realm of new SIGMA Edge Ecosystem developments, either in-house or 3rd party applications and services; secondly to be a stakeholder in the establishment and management of an agile yet well governed incubation/innovation pipeline. The candidate maybe requested to contribute to the development and delivery [within POC and Ideation] whilst inspiring momentum and influence across the business. Collaboration and communication are at the center of our modus operandi. In addition, a mindset of embracing transitional technologies and automation in the products is essential. The candidate will play a key role in creatively driving momentum in making value creation happen. This role will be instrumental in spearheading initiatives and proof of concept strategies whilst enhancing the user journey and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

As a member of the Product Strategy and Evolution Group within the Products Organization, and with an interconnected and deep collaborative spirit, the responsibilities are:

UX and Continuous Improvement 
• Own continuous SIGMA Ecosystem Beta trial management and execution and consequently respective improvement backlog 
• Lead the design and optimization of user experience (UX) strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, and Customer Support, to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey. 
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and inform design decisions. 
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate product evolution and new application and service concepts 
• Develop UX guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. 
• Analyse data from customer interactions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user experience. 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success and UX metrics; make data-driven recommendations for improvements. 
• Champion a customer-centric culture within the organization by advocating for the voice of the customer at every stage of product development. 
Product Evolution Management
 
• Structure and evolve new ideas/innovation incubation process and management to facilitate, distil and prioritize new opportunities and ideas for innovation or product enhancement. Initially there will be a focus on application and solution sets for Intelligent Edge. 
• Develop and implement a structured approach for evaluating and prioritizing potential projects with dynamic stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with teams to drive and manage compelling proof-of-concept model projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of innovative solutions. 
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and report on key performance indicators related to innovation initiatives. 
• Explore ideas around accelerated product delivery in an environment of quick turnaround applications and solutions on the Edge; at least to handover from the innovation pipeline, and occasionally at the interface.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to cultivate a culture of creativity within the organization using leading edge systems and methodologies.
• Support the team with accelerated market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape. 
• Assist with detailed product roadmaps that align with business goals and stakeholder expectations with particular emphasis on Intelligent Remote Edge and Cloud Applications and Solutions; aligned and synchronized with the Program Director.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market insights where applicable. Lead user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on product features. 
• Monitor product performance metrics post-launch to drive continuous improvement. 
• Champion a customer-centric culture within the organization by advocating for the voice of the customer at every stage of product development. 
 

What we need from you:

Bachelor's Degree or related experience and track record in this field 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Product Development, UX, or related roles. 
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques and a mindset to embrace rapidly evolving methodologies in streamlining output, leveraging creativity with momentum
• Experience in ideation and innovation pipeline methodologies preferable
• A strong portfolio showcasing your process from research through execution in creating effective user experiences. 
• Experience of Edge Solutions and Application Design and Development
• Strong understanding of incubation and POC processes and methodologies for developing innovative solutions.
• Experience of working with 3rd party application, service and solutions
• A track record of successful collaboration across various teams in fast-paced environments. 
• Champion a customer-centric culture within the organization by advocating for the voice of the customer at every stage of product development. 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success and UX metrics; make data-driven recommendations for improvements. 
• Experience with usability testing methodologies and tools; familiarity with analytics platforms is a plus. 
• Passion to introduce acceleration methodologies and continuously automate the role
