We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of the Board Solutions approach through effective collaboration, strategic implementation, and a deep understanding of the roles of Board employees and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Board solutions, project management, agile development, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Board Solution Expertise: Deep knowledge of Board applications, solution industries, and use cases from the perspective of professional services, pre-sales, or Board partner advanced consultant.
- Build and Maintain Relationships with SMEs: Collaborate with cross functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content, customer stories, and skill analysis for all roles in the company and partner organizations.
- Implementation Methodology Advocate: Commitment to quality execution of standard, consistent, and scalable Board implementation practices for smooth, efficient, and rapid solution implementations. Advocate for best practices in project execution and delivery.
- Instructional Design Skillset: Conduct effective task analysis interviews with SMEs to break down processes into management chunks for learning, collect and evaluate relevant content resources, and scope training projects. Ability to think from the learner perspective to drive engagement.
- Project Management: Utilize project management tools and techniques to manage timelines, resources, and budgets. Plan, execute, and close projects successfully, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Agile Development: Work with the Academy agile development practices to enhance project flexibility and responsiveness. Participate in iterative progress and continuous improvement of training deliverables and programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork across departments.
- Facilitation Skills: Lead discussions, workshops, and meetings effectively. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and problem-solving activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in Board project implementation and solution methodology.
- Previous training development experience or the capacity to learn instructional design and learner engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with SMEs and other stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Passion for meeting the needs of learners and driving learner engagement.
