A Product Education Specialist is a role within the Marketing department with the focus on designing and providing world-class enablement programs for internal and external users. We aim to ensure optimized, effective, and modern learning experiences for our global customer and partner community. Our Product Education Specialists are expected to be up to date with the latest educational trends and tools to continuously improve learning methodology within Product Education programs and initiatives

You will be working closely with Product Development, Product Marketing, Product and Customer Success to build and deliver innovative education solutions to help our business grow and our customers boost their business with our enablement.  

You’ll use data to understand learner needs and build high-quality learning experiences. You’ll serve as the voice of the learner, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of our efforts and helping the team iterate and improve our programs.

You know you are doing a good job when you: 

  • Create, design, and execute a full curriculum of product/solution enablement programs for internal audience, customers and partners (online courses, webinars, live and online training, and other educational materials).
  • Use appropriate technology and tools to deliver, place and track education solutions.
  • Develop cutting-edge training that can be delivered virtually to allow for flexibility (including videos, gamification, simulations, narration/audio) in collaboration with our Digital Content Creators.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer and partner education.
  • Evaluate effectiveness, and propose content and methodology adjustments in order improve performance and profitability.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the customer education program.
  • Maintain and improve educational curriculum and content repository proactively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal experts to ensure enablement content is aligned with latest market and technology trends.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and teams to configure content and training solutions to meet customer’s business requirements.
  • Discover end user needs and requirements and map with needs of Product Education departmental enablement curriculum.
  • Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the customer education process.

 

More about you:

  • You have experience with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success or Marketing, preferably in a SaaS and Retail Tech environment.
  • You have experience building engaging IT-related education content in a variety of modalities (videos, self-paced e-learning modules, articles), in consultation with your stakeholders. 
  • You have experience with industry-standard e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Pendo.io and Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • You’re able to take complex concepts from multiple stakeholders and transform them into simple, elegant, and clear learning solutions. 
  • You are able to quickly learn and understand complex topics with ability to summarize and transfer that knowledge to others.
  • You’ve used data to influence a training approach, including to make content decisions, evaluate success, and implement feedback for continuous improvement. 
  • You have familiarity with the latest trends in the learning field and with e-learning development. 
  • You know the SaaS business inside and out and have in depth experience enabling customers on new technologies to drive change and business results.
  • You know that being supportive is a mindset, so it’s in your true nature to be supportive to clients and colleagues alike.
  • You are a team player who can find common language with all of your team members.
  • You are curious to learn how things work and what you can do to improve them.
  • You excel in communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with partners, clients, and colleagues as well as experience in presenting to groups.
  • You have strong problem-solving mindset paired with time management and organizational skills.

 

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, technology, or education science or similar field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in content designing or delivery of educational programs through multi modal content transfer.
  • Familiar with learning management platforms (LMS/LXP/KMS) and online course creation tools.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Proficiency with Storyline, Camtasia, PPT, Photoshop, Illustrator.
