What does a successful Product Director do at Fiserv?

As a Product Director at Fiserv, you will be at the forefront of driving innovative financial services solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will lead a dynamic team, overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge products that align with our vision of being Partners in Possibility. Your strategic insights and leadership will empower our clients to achieve their goals and transform financial services technology.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage product development initiatives from conception to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product strategy.
• Define product roadmap and prioritize features and functionalities based on client needs.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and communicate product updates effectively.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides.
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

What you will need to have:

• 10+ years of experience in product management or similar experience within the financial services industry.
• 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional product development or similar teams.
• 8+ years of experience in bringing innovative financial technology products to market for similar.
• 3+ years of experience in conducting market research and customer analysis or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 8+ years of experience with Agile product management methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud-based product development.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics and leveraging insights for product strategy.
• 8+ years of experience in managing product lifecycles from inception to retirement.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field.
