We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our product development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our team to expedite project execution and drive continuous improvements across our product lines.
- Collaborate with the product development team to generate concepts, prototypes, labels, and artwork for packaging.
- Create installation guides and datasheets to accompany our products.
- Develop engaging content for Facebook posts to gather customer feedback.
- Take ownership of all 3D printed prototypes, including scheduling, printing and cleaning, and machine maintenance.
- Conduct testing and document results for prototype and off-tool samples.
- Implement project improvements swiftly based on customer feedback.
- Facilitate sample shipments, product transfers between internal DC, and acquiring competitor samples.
- Document meeting minutes during supplier meetings
- Assist in testing products for quality assurance and address installation queries from customers.
- Compile product training materials for the sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to learn fast and execute with efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
