Product Designer

Oura is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team, responsible for designing a best-in-class eCommerce membership experience for our global community. This person will work with multiple stakeholders to design intuitive and impactful solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data.

This is a hybrid role in Helsinki, Finland.

What you will do:

• Design UX/UI for account and membership flows that serve both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business audiences
• Translate complex products into simple and intuitive user-friendly design
• Work closely with product managers and developers to create and iterate on membership features
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web design
• Recommend UX/UI improvements by processing quantitative and qualitative data, conducting user research, and partnering with Customer Support and Business Intelligence teams
• Collaborate and share feedback with Oura’s product design team to maintain UX and brand consistency across channels

We would love to have You on our team, if you have:

• 4+ years experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably with time spent building account management tools or subscription products for the web
• A portfolio showcasing high quality, thoughtful UX/UI work
• A strong understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and responsive web principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience owning and driving user research activities
• Intermediate prototyping skills 
• Experience working with international groups and distributed teams a big plus
