What You’ll Do
- Design with Purpose: Build seamless, end-to-end workflows that solve real problems for shop owners and technicians, helping them work smarter and faster.
- Take Ownership of Outcomes: Drive the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring solutions align with business goals and delight users.
- Drive Product Discovery: Partner with product managers and engineers to uncover opportunities, define requirements, and align on solutions that balance user and business needs.
- Prototype, Test, and Iterate: Create and refine prototypes, gather actionable user feedback, and deliver solutions that are polished and effective.
- Evolve Our Design System: Help maintain and grow a scalable design system that ensures consistency across our platform while enabling rapid development.
- Champion Quality and Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and your teammates to ensure high standards of visual, functional, and interaction design, fostering an open and blameless culture of improvement.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS.
- A Thoughtful Portfolio: A portfolio that highlights your design process and demonstrates how your work addresses complex challenges, with an emphasis on problem-solving and outcomes.
- Collaborative Mindset: A track record of working closely with cross-functional teams, fostering alignment, and driving shared success.
- Figma Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component creation, design systems, and prototyping.
- Technical Awareness: A working understanding of modern front-end frameworks and how they influence design and implementation.
