Product Designer (UX/UI)

We're seeking a talented Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our Product team and elevate the user experience of our platform. Your mission will be to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that empower our users to make data-driven decisions. This role involves collaborating closely with customers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to create seamless and delightful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize the user interface and user flows.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
• User Testing: Conduct usability tests to identify and address usability issues and refine the user experience.
• Work in an agile and collaborative environment with PMs, developers, analysts, Data Scientists, and management stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a SaaS or data-driven environment.
• Strong grasp of UX patterns and the product lifecycle – from research to prototyping, design, usability testing, and more
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, with a passion for learning new things
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
