What we do:

The Product Admin team is responsible for building and overseeing the company’s E-commerce platform and all post-purchase products, features, and functionalities.

Our mission is to provide best-in-class tools to our in-house customers to support the company’s goals and growth. As part of the team, you will own these complex processes end-to-end, including designing and measuring their impact to drive the company’s growth.

What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our Product team, and play a pivotal role in executing the product’s roadmap and shaping our business success. The team oversees three major domains; Operation, CS & Sales, and Commerce, and will work closely with product managers and engineers to bring our product roadmap to life and deliver innovative features that impact our users and business.

In this role, you will create cutting-edge designs and optimize user experiences across platforms. You will be challenged to push boundaries, experiment with new ideas, conduct user research, and contribute to defining the product’s UX and UI while driving the best design practices. Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer from SaaS/e-commerce companies - a must
• Experience in building large-scale CRM, Operations, Commerce, or Finance systems
• Proven ability to manage and design complex user flows while providing insights to users (non-designers)
• Strong understanding of user behavior and preferences
• Experience collaborating effectively with product and development teams to create user-centric innovative design solutions
• Ability to understand project requirements, conceptualize creative ideas, and support the development of UX/UI components and larger design systems
• Proficient in interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping
• Deep knowledge of Figma
• Ability to keep up to date with trends within the industry, as well as new tools, techniques, and software
• Capable of conceptualizing creative ideas and solutions
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Competent in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones, with fluency in English
