Mission
Design innovative, user-centric digital experiences by collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative and disruptive solutions. Continuously enhance digital products through advanced UX/UI techniques, analysis of user feedback, and consistent validation via high-quality prototyping.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with technology, marketing, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop creative, user-centric solutions.
Comprehensive UX/UI Design:
Clearly communicate UX/UI flows throughout the different stages of the product lifecycle using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Feedback Analysis and Integration:
Continuously incorporate user feedback and business requirements into progressive product improvements.
Strategic Prioritization:
Prioritize design-focused refinements and enhancements based on user-centric principles and strategic business objectives.
Testing and Validation:
Test prototypes to identify new insights and validate solutions thoroughly prior to final implementation.
Education, Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- No product design experience required just a great eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
- Strong understanding of digital experiences and tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in digital tools as Figma, Miro, Google Suite, Notion etc...
