We’re looking for a highly motivated and talented Product Designer to join the team and help us in our collective goal of empowering businesses to succeed through data.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

In this role, you will work on various products and features that will be used by a massive user base. You will be the biggest advocate for the amazing experience your products must have and ensure the customer’s voice is heard. You will collaborate with partners from Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics, as well as run usability tests internally and externally. Our domain is full of complexities, and you will help resolve them in ways that our customers love and work for our business needs.

You will:

  • You will be part of a great Product Design team and have full responsibility for the workflows of UX in projects and teams: research, ideation, wireframes, usability testing, and reviewing developers' work.
  • You will be working as part of a squad that is aimed at solving customer problems and achieving goals. 
  • Help maintain the integrity and relevancy of our design system
  • Provide UX solutions and visual design for the UI, including specs for Developers.
  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into valuable and usable tools for our users while applying user-centered design methodologies and research
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and scope.
  • Take part in Agile Scrum meetings and Sprints
  • Work closely with our Product Managers, Developers, Support, Customers, and Solution Managers to understand the business and clients.
  • Ensure that project requirements align with user research findings and design recommendations.
  • Advocate for user-centered design decisions during project discussions.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI design capabilities in complex systems designs and SaaS.
  • At least 2 years of experience in UX research OR experience with research in the social study fields
  • Demonstrated experience in taking design projects from end to end.
  • High proficiency with Figma 
  • Must: Background as a UI designer. You will be asked to contribute to the visual design of our product.
  • Advantage: Proficiency with rapid and High-Fidelity prototyping tools, with an ability to deliver clear and easy-to-understand concepts to the development and user testing teams
  • Strong Advantage: Proficiency in building design systems using Figma’s latest technology
  • Ability to be flexible in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and change in priorities when needed
  • Must be a team player. We leave our ego at the door.
  • Must speak and write fluent English as you will be working with development teams outside of Israel.
  • Strong people skills. We emphasize collaboration and can-do attitudes.
