About the Job
As a Product & Content Marketing Manager at Ascertain, you will drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, build a deep understanding of our customer personas, and create compelling narratives and content that fuel awareness, adoption, and engagement. You will own messaging, positioning, and content creation, working closely with product, sales, and business development teams, as well as external resources when needed, to tell impactful stories and develop effective marketing campaigns.
This position will be based out of our office in New York City on a hybrid basis.
What You'll Do:
- Define and refine Ascertain’s product messaging to clearly articulate value across different customer segments, including enterprise buyers, frontline users, and decision-makers.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder research to better understand pain points, adoption barriers, and product-market fit.
- Create sales enablement assets (pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers) that effectively communicate Ascertain’s value proposition.
- Identify and pursue speaking and sponsorship opportunities to position Ascertain as a leader in AI-driven healthcare automation.
- Manage vendors that can support efforts across any of these responsibilities.
What You'll Need:
- 6+ years in product marketing, content marketing, or a related role, in healthcare or enterprise technology.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills, with a portfolio showcasing compelling product messaging.
- Experience developing content for different buyer personas and sales stages.

Salary Range:
- $130,000 - $165,000 base salary, depending on previous experience and alignment with role expectations.
