This position will work Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Springfield office and Tuesday and Thursday will work from home. This is not a remote position.
The Product Compensation Analyst will specialize in all Horace Mann product lines, addressing all issues related to compensation, including system related and line area processing problems, working closely with the Compensation Administration Director to resolve them.
- Accurate and thorough research of internal and external processes to identify root causes of errors or process breakdowns in agent compensation, working with line areas and authorized third-party vendors.
- Accurate and complete compensation processing information published on the compensation site on the company intranet
- Recommending process enhancements and recognizing obsolete/unnecessary process, assisting in revisions and uploads of standard operation procedures to the marketing compensation intranet site.
- Developing project requirement and test plans for compensation changes or new products, and testing for implementation, adhering to testing schedules.
Requirement:
- College degree or equivalent work experience in related professional field, compensation, or leadership position.
Salary range:
$25.58 - $37.76/hour
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
