Job Description
Are you passionate about analyzing technical and driving efficient integration implementations, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams? If so, we have an opportunity for you to meet your strength!
As a Product Business Analyst in the Integrations domain, you will analyze technical configurations and integrations between game providers and customers, identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to ensure a seamless integration experience of all existing and new products in Evolution.
Your expertise will shine as you prepare comprehensive project wikis and define integration details, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. We seek a proactive, collaborative, unbiased professional to add to our professional team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct system and services analysis and optimization and propose and help to implement solutions to optimize the process;
- Perform integration implementation analysis and specify elicited requirements;
- Collaborate with game providers and game operators to help them understand common systems’ infrastructure/ interfaces/ flows and propose the most efficient way for their problem-solving and new product implementation;
- Engage with development teams to determine solution designs and necessary action points in complex implementation projects;
- Assist with communication between internal and external stakeholders, improving transparency, and radiating information;
- Support requirements and solution design validation, preparing information and presentations for stakeholders and other cross-team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions;
- Collaborate with QAs and developers during requirements and solution design implementation and validation, and provide valuable suggestions for potential enhancements, if required.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year experience in business analysis or a related field in IT;
- Advanced technical expertise;
- Hands-on experience working with and describing REST APIs, familiarity with different data formats such as JSON and XML;
- Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to plan and execute requirement analysis in a logical, structured, systematic manner;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to operate independently, and as part of a cross-functional team combined with strong stakeholder management skills;
- Experience working in Agile software development;
- Competency in Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence;
- Excellent English language communication skills;
- Self-motivated personality with a proactive attitude;
- A bachelor’s degree in the IT field of study or one of the globally recognized certifications: CCBA, CBAP, CPRE, PBA, AAC, CFLBA is considered an advantage;
- Development background/coding experience is considered an advantage.
