We are looking for Product Architect to join Microspace Platform team, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring that our product backlogs are clear, actionable, and aligned to build world-class Microspace product for our customers. You will work closely with Engineering Directors, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects and other stakeholders to refine roadmaps, manage backlogs, and facilitate effective sprint planning. Your role will involve both strategic oversight and hands-on collaboration with development teams to ensure that the product evolves in line with customer expectations and technical best practices. 

 What you’ll be doing: 

  • Work with Microspace Platform team to split epics into manageable work items, enabling teams to plan and execute their sprints predictably.  
  • Collaborate with Engineering Manager to refine roadmap items into epics, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals.   
  • Ensure that the definition of ready is met before any work item is added to the team backlog, facilitating smooth development processes. 
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Directors, and Engineering Managers to develop and refine the product roadmap. 
  • Ensure that customer needs are clearly communicated and considered in all roadmap decisions, balancing technical and business requirements. 
  • Collaborate with tech architects and principals to ensure best practices are followed in the Microspace platform development. 
  • Increase business understanding within the development teams by explaining how customers use the product and why specific features are prioritized. 
  • Support dependency resolution by working with various stakeholders to clarify and address technical and customer needs. 
  • Enable effective sprint planning by creating a workable backlog and communicating the purpose of each work item. 
  • Work with the Engineering Manager and/or teams to split work into actionable items, ensuring that development is aligned with both technical capabilities and business objectives. 

What you’ll bring to the table: 

  • Minimum of three years of experience in product ownership/management within an agile product development environment. 
  • Experience and knowledge of Microspace planning particularly in Planogramming and Category management.
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture, particularly with cloud infrastructure, micro-service architecture, and Microsoft technologies including Azure. 
  • Build and maintain the operational roadmap and backlog, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels to prioritize and align your plans with others 
  • Ensure that the product backlog is clear and provides sufficient information for development teams to execute their tasks effectively. 
  • Play a key role in aligning technical development with business needs, ensuring that customer requirements are met through the product roadmap. 
  • Maintain a balance between strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in backlog management and sprint planning. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills in English 
  • Good knowledge of Microspace planning and optimization is a strong bonus
