At monday.com, we are seeking a Product Analytics Team Lead, to lead, manage, and grow a team of product analysts, train and mentor the next analysts, and help us drive the best direction for our products.

About The Role:

As a Product Analytics Team Lead, you will 

* Lead a team of top industry product analysts.

* Build the development of key measures to ensure product health and business growth.

* Hire, develop and manage new product analysts; guide them, remove roadblocks for them, and help them improve their business impact.

* Ensure your team delivers meaningful insights and implements them into the product roadmap by driving focus and velocity.

• Use new tools and frameworks to overcome business challenges and develop data-driven strategies.

* Build a strong relationship with our BI team in order to model the best data we need to maintain our analytical velocity.

Together with your team, you will:

* Identify opportunities by collecting and analyzing a wide range of inputs, ensuring that we are focused on the most impactful projects.

* Process wide context from different product areas in the company, and turn them into an analytical roadmap for your team

* Develop guidelines and alignment between the product department and other product analysts on how we will approach analytics on Monday.

Requirements

Requirements:

* You have at least 3 years of experience leading analytics teams, with demonstrated success in hiring and growing top talents.

*You have at least 5 years of experience as a product analyst or similar, with a proven track record of analyzing product domains.

* You are an owner with entrepreneurial qualities who is comfortable making decisions without consensus.

* You are a great person who loves teamwork and sets a high standard for culture and maturity

*You communicate extremely well, able to explain the rationale of any decision.

*You have strong feedback skills, and you are not ashamed to give and receive feedback.

*You live and dream A/B tests, driven by hypothesis when designing an experiment, determine a goal, and stick to it. y

*You are a fast learner, adaptive, and feel at home in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. 

*You can easily break down complex problems into steps that allow you to make quick decisions..

*Previous experience leading SaaS products/ consumer products – Advantage.
