Our core offering is an auction-powered infrastructure and APIs that help marketplaces build native ads monetization, such as sponsored listings, dynamic banners, and faster.

What you will do at Topsort

• Act as a liaison between engineering, data science, and customer success teams.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports to provide actionable insights for customers. 
• Develop queries and tools to help the team deliver accurate data and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Data Science, Economics, or related field. 
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or product analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Proficiency in data querying and scripting languages (Python, R). 
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred experience: Experience in SaaS or ad tech environments. Familiarity with customer success workflows and tools.
