The Role

We’re looking for a Product Enablement Specialist – AI Applications to help teams and customers understand, adopt, and maximize the value of our AI-driven solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that AI-powered tools are well-integrated, easy to use, and effectively communicated to internal teams and customers.

What You’ll DoAI Product Enablement:

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate AI capabilities into real-world value for users.
  • Develop engaging enablement materials—documentation, tutorials, training sessions, and best practices—to help teams and customers confidently use our AI solutions.
  • Build an onboarding curriculum that introduces AI products and capabilities to internal teams.
  • Maintain a library of industry-specific use cases showcasing how AI-driven insights, automation, and personalization can transform customer and employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with technical documentation teams to ensure AI product materials are clear, accessible, and useful.

Internal Enablement:

  • Train sales, marketing, and support teams on AI product functionality, benefits, and positioning.
  • Develop enablement toolkits that help teams communicate AI’s value to prospects and customers.

Technical Enablement:

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services to provide tailored AI training and enablement.
  • Act as an AI product advocate, guiding customers in maximizing the ROI of AI capabilities during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sale interactions.

Metrics & Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to identify opportunities to improve AI adoption.
  • Use data to track the effectiveness of enablement programs and refine them based on insights.
  • Provide actionable feedback to the product team, helping shape the AI roadmap and future features.

Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement:

  • Stay up to date on the latest AI trends, applications, and innovations within CCaaS and customer experience.
  • Represent the company in webinars, conferences, and forums as an AI enablement expert.

Measures of SuccessWithin your first month, you will:

  • Complete onboarding and gain familiarity with our AI-driven products and enablement tools.
  • Meet with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to understand enablement needs.
  • Review existing enablement materials and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
  • Complete foundational AI product training to understand our key capabilities.

Within your 3rd month, you will have:

  • Developed and delivered your first AI-focused enablement session for internal teams.
  • Created at least one enablement toolkit (e.g., a training deck or best practices guide) for AI applications.
  • Partnered with Product Marketing and Technical Documentation teams to enhance AI learning resources.
  • Collected initial feedback on training effectiveness and identified areas for iteration.

Within your 6th month, you will have:

  • Established a structured AI enablement curriculum tailored to different internal audiences.
  • Created a library of industry-specific AI use cases to support sales and customer success.
  • Delivered multiple enablement sessions, including a live webinar or recorded Masterclass.
  • Become a trusted resource on AI adoption and best practices within the organization.

Who You Are

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in product enablement, customer success, product management, or a related field—preferably in SaaS or CCaaS.
  • Have a strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics (you don’t need to be a data scientist—just comfortable with the concepts).
  • Are a natural communicator who can break down complex AI topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Enjoy creating engaging training content, from workshops to hands-on tutorials.
  • Have experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams.
  • Are well-organized and can juggle multiple projects while keeping enablement initiatives on track.
