Your Role: Product Admin & Activation Executive
What you’ll be doing:
- Input and maintain product data within the Real Insights system and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and other supporting documents.
- Ensure the availability and accuracy of product information for the sales team.
- Process customer orders and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., shipping, installation, technical) to ensure a smooth customer activation process.
- Monitor the customer activation process and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the activation process.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team in day-to-day activities.
- Prepare reports and sales data as required.
- Follow up with customers regarding the status of their orders and activation.
- Identify and analyse existing workflows to find opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the productivity of the sales team.
- CRM Proficiency: Emphasise the importance of proficiency in CRM software, and provide specific examples where possible.
- Data Entry Accuracy: Highlight the need for precise data entry and maintenance.
- Customer Focus: Stress the importance of customer satisfaction and a service-oriented approach.
- Proactive Approach: Encourage candidates who demonstrate a proactive mindset in identifying and resolving issues.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Understanding of basic sales and customer service concepts.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Meticulous, accurate, and reliable.
