Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Growth Operations Specialist plays a key support role within the National Sales Team, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to effectively guide new producers through hiring, onboarding, and training. They will work with senior sales leaders and external executive recruiters to make strategic sales hires. They will guide all new producers through onboarding and training to help them achieve their full performance potential. They also will support National Sales with effectiveness reports tracking meetings, goals and sales for the entire sales team.

This role will demand an incredibly high attention to detail and strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  This highly visible position is an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to the continued success of this company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

National Sales Team Support

  • Add new hires to the sales team reports to track metrics and performance
  • Collaborate with finance and other teams to ensure metrics are accurate and data is up to date

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with external recruiters to source candidates; including co-hosting kickoff calls, ongoing status meetings and regular candidate tracking to be shared with leadership
  • Support sales leaders to provide a smooth and efficient hiring, onboarding, and training process for new hires; including coordinating invites, sending assessments, opening requisitions, and producing offer documents
  • Acts as a concierge for candidates in a white glove approach through the hiring process
  • Tracks metrics and KPIs

Producer Onboarding and Training

  • Act as the concierge for the new hire to coordinate, plan, schedule, and track all training programs and training records, including evaluations
  • Create automated communication campaigns to engage new hires, and drive reinforcement through managers; and create processes as needed to ensure no gaps in the onboarding and training process
  • Coordinate with leaders, user provisioning, associated teams, and mentors before day 1 to set the new hire up for success including troubleshooting technical issues and questions and provide solutions
  • Execute consistent communication with the hire and sales leader before day 1 on what to expect from onboarding and training
  • Warmly welcome all new producers and give them a point of connection from Day 1
  • Build, schedule, and communicate with Peer Groups and Group School Cohorts
  • Be the point of contact for new hires and outsourced partners to build new cohorts, track, and measure the impact of training
  • Track new hires throughout their first 180 days and communicate between leaders and the national sales team
  • Support SMEs and leaders as part of national and regional events related to producer development

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Core Skills
    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required, especially Excel and PowerPoint; preference for Power BI
    • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and demands with the ability to switch priorities
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, highly organized, proactive and outcome-oriented
    • Ability to work independently, ask great questions and escalate concerns appropriately and promptly
    • Excellent at building high-trust relationships
    • Ability to relate to people of all levels and personalities while remaining professional
    • Must be self-motivated, resourceful and disciplined
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems and learning management systems preferred

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in HR, recruiting, administration or other coordination role with competing priorities; or experience in an administrative role within a sales environment
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, required
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience required
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must
  • Experience in a sales organization, preferred
