Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Procurement you will support the successful deployment of the Enterprise Procurement Digital Agenda. To do so, you will partner with cross-functional teams (ie: Supply Chain, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Information Technology) and Internal Procurement Customers (ie: Proteins, Ingredients, Commodities, Packaging, Co-Manufacturing, Transportation, and Warehousing Procurement) to provide solutions that maximize our resources: People, Process, and Technology.
Position Responsibilities
- Be an Enterprise Procurement (EP) Center of Excellence (COE) representative and liaison to support the EP Digital Agenda, including:
- Assessment and opportunity brainstorming at the intersection of People, Process & Technology
- Lead project teams in identifying and resolving system and business process problems, distinguishing between symptoms and root causes.
- Coordinate with multiple Category Managers to review and ideate incremental efficiencies and risk mitigation.
- Co-development of project scope and success criteria that are reflective of stakeholder needs, strategic capability development, value/impact delivery, and up/downstream Supply Chain impacts
- Identification and recommendations to navigate dependencies or project conflicts (ex: process gaps, data requirements, resource constraints, etc)
- Lead cross-functional Request for Proposal and Supplier Analysis activities leading to technology selections
- Project management to influence System Integrators and Project Team through realistic and comprehensive Readiness and Implementation timelines
- Be a liaison to ensure SMEs are represented and included in use case development, testing, etc
- Provide regular status reporting; milestone progress on the projects
- Effective communication to senior leaders; demonstrate strong communication/collaboration skills and the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Thought leader on change management strategies (ex: effective communication, training, stabilization, and ongoing support)
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in General Business or a related major required
- 5+ years in Purchasing, Information Technology or Project Management roles, prefer CPG experience
- Experience developing and leading strategy execution
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations
- Formal presentation of complex material in both small and large group settings
- In the Omaha office 3 days a week Tuesday - Thursday
Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
