Job Summary
Responsible for supporting execution and implementation with direction from leadership on vision and day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
Category Management

Provides support in category negotiations to gain professional expertise

Support the creation of Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs), confirming accuracy and completeness in documentation

Assist in supplier communication and follow-up during the sourcing process

Participate in basic negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms
Strategic Sourcing

Support in the execution of sourcing strategy for category

Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to category performance, market trends, and supplier performance

Support the development of category strategies under the guidance of senior team members

Identify potential suppliers, conduct basic supplier assessments, and maintain supplier information
Demand / Supply Chain Planning

Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of goods/services

Help in generating basic demand forecasts to support procurement decisions

Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of materials
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of related experience is required

Bachelor's degree in related field
