Meet the team:
The Procurement team is responsible for ensuring that Latitude’s engagements with our suppliers and third parties are conducted in an efficient, responsible, and compliant manner. The role of the Procurement Coordinator will be to support the day-to-day procure-to-pay (P2P) process ensuring that stakeholder requests for goods and services are processed in a timely manner. The role will also support various other P2P monitoring and improvement projects (e.g. 1099 reporting, Open PO monitoring, and Supplier Catalog maintenance), along with Contract Management.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and process stakeholder purchase requests through the use of a purchasing credit card;
- Enter purchase orders in NetSuite after ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals have been provided;
- Onboard new suppliers into our ERP system;
- Responsible for ongoing vendor master data maintenance;
- Support Procurement procure-to-pay efficiency projects with oversight from leadership;
- Manage any backlog of open purchase orders and open invoices, and work with stakeholders to resolve any issues;
- Create and process Non-Disclosure Agreements;
- Create and process simple Statements of Work;
- Renew existing SaaS/Software subscriptions, ensuring all appropriate processes have been followed;
- Create ad hoc reports and analyze data for leadership;
- Upload agreements into the contract management system and add applicable metadata tags; and
- Support process development and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree (business administration or related); Minimum of at least three years of relevant purchase-to-pay experience;
- Full understanding of procure-to-pay processes, including knowledge of ERP systems;
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate issues as needed;
- Strong attention to detail with a desire to be accurate and consistent;
- Juggle multiple threads of work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver for the team;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in the procurement space, work independently, and solve problems for stakeholders;
- Able to work effectively and respectfully with suppliers and other partners to optimize processes and relationships;
- Able to take ideas from the team and identify and implement better solutions; and
- Be knowledgeable of, and ensure compliance to, Latitude’s policies and procedures.
Nice to have (optional):
- Experience working in indirect procurement;
- Understanding of Software License/SaaS Agreements; and
- Previous experience in procurement process improvement.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position is $72,400 - $108,600 USD. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Latitude employees are also eligible to participate in Latitude’s annual bonus programs, equity compensation, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
