Step into a role as a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator at Bright Horizons, where you will support the Steve & Kate’s Procurement and Logistics team in sourcing, storing, and delivering equipment and supplies for over 100 innovative Winter, Spring and Summer camps nationwide. They will be responsible for executing many of the department’s key reporting, administrative and financial functions, while also collaborating with other business stakeholders, to help ensure on-budget and on-time delivery of camp equipment.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role receive up to: 40 hours of paid sick time per year, 60 hours of paid vacation time per year, 6 weeks of paid parental leave, and 9 paid holidays annually.
Responsibilities:

Creating requisitions, initiating new vendor registrations, submitting and approving invoices
-
Confirming monthly inventory allocations with the Bright Horizons finance team
-
Executing high dollar online orders of equipment and supplies
-
Scheduling deliveries of equipment with third party freight carriers and logistics providers
-
Managing system to organize and share tracking information for all equipment deliveries
-
Creating and managing inventory lists and distribution sheets shared with vendors and internal stakeholders
-
Supporting the camp’s annual used equipment sale, including uploading and editing store inventory and pulling sales data reports for reconciliations

Preparing and reviewing reports on expenses to identify budget variances

Supporting annual budget creation and submission

Participates in UAT validation and detailed user story acceptance criteria for OKR data analytics products

Groom, write, and prioritize user stories as well as maintain backlog stories per the roadmap
Qualifications:

Associate Degree - Required

3 years Procurement, Logistics or Operations - Required

3 years Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping - Preferred

3 years minimum additional years of experience that would be considered in lieu of the applicable degree:

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:
The hourly rate for this position is between $28.50 - $28.85 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors
